Grace did such an amazing job! She did my pedicure and manicure! She did an amazing job and made sure the were perfect before I went on my cruise!! She did exactly what I wanted and made them perfect! Definitely would recommend Grace!!

I asked the lady NOT TO CURVE MY NAILS! If you want a nice set done I highly recommend phillip. Thanks for the birthday present definitely will not have this lady do my nails ever again!

I’ve been coming here for about a year and services tend to be pretty well. As I was getting my nails done this time I noticed a client checking out who was unhappy about the service they got. She believe the price she got charged was not the service she experienced because she didn’t get all of the things listed for that price and she was calmly expressing her frustration. Her feelings were regarded before she could even get all the words out and obviously all other employees just said the employee did the right service. Out of a clear look of embarrassment and frustration she shut down and paid the full price. You work in an industry that’s about customer satisfaction you would think you would make sure they are satisfied! Good thing there are many other salons in town for her.

I have always gone to Andy’s nails to get my nails done. However that being said, there is a lady there that doesn’t care about the quality of nails she puts out. She would rather spend the time on her phone. We have had many comments by them on who did our nails and then we get a look. Yup we know it’s horrible. This last time I had to yank my hand back because she hurt me twice. I asked for the short. They are long. One hand is longer than the other. The nails don’t match up. My thumbs don’t even look like they belong to the same person. One is done in a box shape. The other in a coffin shape and the length isn’t even close on matching. I don’t hardly do anything rough with my hands and two have broke. One just typing and the other while shutting the door to a car. They have chipped and I have a fungus growing under one because she didn’t seal them properly. Honestly I really don’t want to go back. To answer question: two and a half weeks ago. I usually get them done every three to four week. This of course has sped up the time line. I got those little jewels also: One fell off within a couple of hours. Next day notice the nails don’t match up. Lost one nail typing within five days. Within seven to ten noticed my nails pulling away from fake nails. Next day lost another nail. Yesterday noticed black growing under the one that separated the most.
