Amuzgo Mexican Cuisine

Ok y'all, found my new favorite Mexican restaurant! Listen, y'all need to get out of the house take a break from yard work, and head right over here! Excellent food, friendly and helpful employees. Hubby n I both got the taco salad, I had the chicken (wow flavorful and tender) He got the steak, said the same thing. Chips and guacamole were good. I truly enjoyed this salad! They gave us a sample of the Barbacoa (shredded beef) very good as well. We just decided on the others. Come on out and enjoy!

I’m 38 weeks pregnant with my second child and in lieu of a “sprinkle shower” we decided to have a nesting party. We desperately needed sustenance after organizing, cleaning, and talking. After cleaning my entire house we catered food from Amuzgo Mexican cuisine. To say this was a good choice is an understatement. The food was not only delicious but there was so, so much of it! We ordered steak and chicken tacos (with corn+flour tortillas, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lettuce, cheese, & sour cream), rice, beans, guacamole, chips, salsa, grilled veggies, and (the biggest hit) cheese and potato Flautas. The tray of flautas were demolished as my mother in law laid out all the other food. Horchata is also a favorite in our circle so we ordered two gallons but I’m almost positive it was 3! I’m glad this small business is so close to home. Not only was the food a huge hit, the customer service and kindness from the owner, who was helpful through every step of the process, is something we won’t soon forget. We can’t wait to go back ??

This place is hidden away, but the food is excellent, and service is fast. I haven't tried all the menu items, but I definitely recommend this place and will come back again. One of the few places that makes a great taco salad.

The Carne Asada fries are out of control delicious!! Huge serving I could not eat them all!! They have a lot of menu items - great prices I do recommend and would come back for more fries!!

This is a cute, casual spot with excellent food & wonderful service! The prices were reasonable as well. I tried one thing completely new & loved it; it was a shrimp burrito. I also loved the sauce on the burrito suizo! I look forward to trying the Barbacoa next time! Everything was fresh & delicious! The staff was very kind. We will be beck for sure!
