Ameca Restaurant

Party of 5 on a Monday night. Food was ok, I would say it lacked flavor. I expect Mexican food to be anything but bland. Staff was friendly and prompt. But 4 star because it was a bit pricey compared to other Mexican restaurants.

The food was on point as always! I'd never tried their steaks before. The Bullseye ribeye was HUGE, TENDER AND COOKED TO ABSOLUTE PERFECTION and AFFORDABLE! The mango margarita was sublime! Service was wonderful....very attentive and prompt! WE SHALL RETURN!

Called in an order. $49 for 3 meals, no drinks. Waited 20 minutes before going to pick it up. Waited 30 minutes once we got there. Cheese dip was ice cold. Messed up one of the orders. I remember why I hadn't been here in years.

Ordered the Fajita Baked Potato.... Presentation was nice but the potato was moldy throughout half of it....Waiters would come by asking if the food is ok while looking at the black mold of the potato that was served....I know what a burnt baked potato smells like and that was nowhere near being burnt...It's unnatural, disgusting, and sicking to feed people something that's inedible. If I ever and thats a BIG IF I ever come back I won't be ordering let alone recommend that for anyone to get.

Would've given no stars, but had to give one to leave a review. Called our order in, they told me it would be 15 minutes. We got there about 20 minutes later, and our food wasn't ready yet. Once we got our food, we were charged $50 for 3 meals and a large queso. Got to the car and checked out our food and one of our dinners was wrong and the cheese dip was ice cold. Waited an additional 15 minutes for them to make shrimp and rice (without queso). When the lady brought it out, she stopped at a table to talk, I ended up having to go up to her to get my food, while our other food was getting cold. I will never go back and DO NOT recommend!
