Service was fine, but when I went, lunch on a work day, the place was almost empty. Food was great. I got "Texas fries", fries with fajita chicken and beef with queso and bacon. Not bits of fake bacon, either, but real broken up slices. Speaking of the queso, it had a kick of jalepeno that was very nice, most Mexican restaurants in the area have mild queso. Place is on the small side. They play Mexican music over speakers and have live music on some days according to the sign up front. Price is on the high side, $4 for a cup of queso? But not too bad. I'd stop here again.
We go to Agave once a week. They have the best Mexican food we've ever enjoyed! We've been going there for years and the staff is so friendly and attentive. Since they know us we never even have to order our drinks, they bring them right out to us when we get there. Can't say enough good about them. Always consistent and delicious!????????????
Service was pretty good. Went on a Thursday which was karaoke night. Bad decision. Hard to talk amongst ourselves at our table & horrible, half drunken singers created a slightly less than favorable experience. Maybe if the karaoke was partitioned away from the rest of the restaurant it would have been tolerable to casually check it out.
Amazing how much this place has changed. Completely renovated. Very clean and the food is delicious!! Going to be one of our favorites from now on. If it has been a while since you tried it you need to give it another go.
I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was great. The staff was also friendly and quick to respond to the needs of our table. They have a better variety of food than all the other same ole same ole Mexican restaurants in the area. I have not been to eat the buffet yet though.
