Action Physical Therapy

I’m very happy I found this place. The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful. Dr. Zip is extremely nice and helpful. He absolutely relieved my pain that I’ve had for a month. I’m going to continue to come here. The location is nice and pretty clean.

Great place to get therapy. Sandra and Jennifer are two of the nicest receptionists that I have ever come across in a business. Overall the staff is very knowledgeable and supportive. Ryan is a great physical therapy assistant and has helped me tremendously with my recovery from surgery. The clinic is always clean and comfortable. Overall it's a nice environment and I look forward to coming here getting my care. Thank you Action Physical Therapy for the great 4 months I've been coming here so far.

This place is unbelievably busy, but staff here is friendly, attentive, and kind. Sandra and Sandy at reception are exceptionally efficient and customer- service oriented. They were going non-stop and yet they took the time to be attentive and to patiently answer my myriad of questions. Dr. Allan was thorough with his evaluation and suggested plan of action. Dr. Jeffrey was friendly, compassionate, and encouraging. They all took the time to care.

I was.there 3 days a week, each visit I had hands on training of maybe 5 minutes out of a hour, the last visit some dude called "b", I saw him a total of 1 minutes for that hour visit. I walked up to front desk, asked to have all future visits canceled and walked out. I was there 2 weeks, saw chiropractor once for 1 minute too, chiropractor was there only 1 day in two weeks. I told 3 trainers the last day that I was losing more strength after 2 weeks of training was bad. There to get better not worse!

Action Therapy has a wonderful stuff that is very knowledgeable on how to proceed with your road to recovery. The office staff make you feel welcomed and comfortable in my recovery process. The front desk acknowledges everyone as a friend which makes the whole process to recovery easy. I highly recommend Action Therapy to everyone .
