A Tender Dental Care II

Highly Recommend: I went to A Tender Dental Care near Fry's as a new patient and received amazing "Care". For optimal tooth care I needed a crown replaced and they completed the dental work the same day. First time in years (if ever) I left at ease with a smile, a rose (yes a rose) and a 2-week appointment for the permanent crown. I was treated with care and kindness all the while receiving optimal dental care. The next morning I received a follow -up phone call from Nichole to assure I was feeling ok. Best dental office ever!

**HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ** BE AWARE of their Cancellation policy if you do not return their phone call to confirm your appointment THEY WILL CANCEL your appointment WITHOUT NOTICE or Any Warning and just give your appointment to someone else. The office manager there has absolutely no customer service or understanding & says this is their company“policy”. Never have I ever had an appointment canceled without warning (at least leave that in your voicemail). My entire day completely ruined & NO apology from management. She actually told me it looks like I need to find a new dentist. Yep you’re definitely right about that!! **BE AWARE**Sadly they are one of many businesses here in the community that take advantage of the Elderly.

My experience with A Tender Dental has been nothing short of amazing, I would leave 10 stars if I could. Everyone one of the staff members are very caring and the service itself is beyond words. I have seen many dentists and hygienists in my adult life, but have yet to experience such a passionate staff. I highly recommend this practice and will be returning for all of my future visits. It took me quite a while to get myself to a dentist and I'm so happy to have chosen Dr. Sayegh at Tender Dental. She spoke to me as if I was family and I felt so comfortable with her. She's open and honest, knowledgeable and professional and genuinely cares for her patients. Her assistant, Armando, is the epitome of professionalism and experience. And, lest I forget, the front office staff welcomed me as if I was their only concern for the day. Lastly, I needed some work done and their prices are extremely fair and their accounts person explained every detail of my procedure. Again, I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Sayegh and Tender Dental Care in Sun City West.

I was just seen for my first cleaning and crown prep following my intake appointment and xrays. Both appointments were, amazingly, scheduled with MY time and convenience prioritized! Courtesy and excellent client service are evident in every interaction on the phone and in person throughout the practice, and surpassed only by the gentleness and concern for comfort expressed frequently during both the cleaning and the crown prep. And as a bonus, the use of a fully-effective, but short-duration anesthetic made the rest of the day so much more pleasant than past experiences!
