I left a review on deliveroo and gave you guys a 1 star because I received the wrong food, which at the time was disappointing as I was at work and only have my allotted lunch time. You kindly replied and explained you have students working there and it was an honest mistake and If I'd have called you would have replaced it. It wouldn't have arrived for my lunch time, I went hungry and I was annoyed at the time but I totaly understand you have young people there learning and we all make mistakes so I've decided to give you 5 stars on here. Deliveroo issued me a refund and I'm sure the food would have been tasty if it was too my liking as my colleagues enjoyed their food. Hopefully I get to try your food next time we order. This is a nice little cafe. It's close to the main Bus Station in Norwich. I had a sausage sandwich and a coffee, served by a very pleasant lady. This really is an ideal place to go for lunch as it's clean, bright and very reasonably priced.

Love this café. The food is really good, cooked professionally and served Hot!!! The staff are very pleasant, friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is calm and quiet, no intrusive music/kitchen sounds etc. everything is clean and looks nice. This is a perfect, timeless café.

Not bad little greasy spoon, but should clean the grill between meals, this way the bacon doesn't smell like plastic, with a hint of onion, burger and other grilled food flavours
