610 Carwash

I paid extra to have the cup holders and extra compartment cleaned, they didn't vacuum the third row. I'm giving two stars because they did revacuum. However, once they gave the car back, it was apparent they also didn't clean the console/dash area, they didn't vacuum the seats, and they didn't clean the wheels. It's quite apparent they pride themselves on their work with exotic and performance cars, but not everyone else. I should have heeded the reviews and went elsewhere. Supremely disappointed and will not be returning.

I didn’t like the service they gave me 2 years ago, however I decided to try one more time today. Same results nothing has change! Not worth the price for the quality you receive I paid $30 plus two dollars extra for them to clean out the cupholders plus tip, I was surprise that they charge extra for standard car cleaning that’s ridiculous and they didn’t even do that; there’s still dust in my dashboard like it wasn’t clean at all. Lesson learned never again.

I have been going to 610 Carwash for 4 months. Despite the seemingly rushed job I have received every time, I felt the quality was sufficient... until today. I decided to add a bigger tip to see if the service would change. It did but it was worse. It was still rushed(happened to notice an Audi and a white truck receive noticeably more attention than my car). I stop at a store only to notice that two out of the four tires I requested tire shine for were partially done; one not at all. And I can't help but ask the question if I had not been a young-looking(I'm 46 btw), black man with an Afro and pick in my hair would I have received the same treatment? Did I mention the 50% tip(how's that tipping culture)? Sad to say but I will not use this business anymore.

Stop going to this place people. It s the worst car wash in Stafford. They rush your car through and then have adult rejects and lazy kids barely wipe your car down or do your tires. Not worth the 25$ you pay. Not even close. I get a better job over off courthouse road or have the bum on on the corner near Walmart spit and wash my car with newspaper with more pride then 610 garbage job.

I disagree with all the negative reviews. I had a great experience here. It's really hard to find a quality car wash and this place gets the job done. The crew they have drying off cars hustles and gets most of the excess dirt and grime off. Were my floor mats perfectly vacuumed? No, but the girl apologized and I didn't think it was a big deal. It's not like you're paying for detailing.
