CUSTOMER REVIEWS
I recently spent $75 on snacks and beers, only to find upon arriving at my hotel that several items were expired by two years, the candy bars were stale, and the kombucha tasted off, unlike any I've had before. When I attempted to exchange these items, the staff member I spoke to refused, stating he "just worked there." Eventually, he did agree to exchange a few items, but for less value than what I had originally paid. As a business owner, I understand the importance of valuing clients and recognizing the hard work behind every dollar spent. This experience was disappointing and not reflective of good customer service.
4 Way is a great little market tucked away on the back streets of East Nashville.. The owner is a friendly guy who works hard to keep his shop stocked, organized and clean.. They have a great selection of craft beers and some basic grocery supplies.. The offer a small selection of deli foods and sandwiches.. A good spot to stop for your basics!!
Won't show you a price at checkout. I bought 24 pack of Coors Light and they charged $43 lol.
BEWARE! DO NOT shop here unless you want to over pay! Dropped $70 for 4 items. Had I taken time to go to an actual store I would've paid half the price for the same 4 items. It's my fault though, for trusting the process and not asking for price at time of purchase; once I got home I realized how much I paid. *** Same thing happen to my friends that went same time I did, they made their own purchase and ALSO paid $70+...........Once again....it wasn't until we got home that we realized how much we had paid ??????????? This place is a rip off!!!!!!
The guy named Moe will take advantage of everyone. He judges the price by what the person wears if your not a frequent shopper. or if you live nearby. He changed the price on something and I almost scanned my card. He tried to charge me $1 more and keep me in conversation while I finished the transaction. He has done this to me on 4 occasions. and ive seen him take advantage of others as well. He knows what hes doing and that I know what hes doing.
