I recently visited this boutique-style store and was thoroughly impressed! The selection of gifts, clothing, and accessories is both wide and constantly changing, ensuring there’s always something new to discover. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming, managing even the busiest situations with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. It’s a delightful shopping experience that I highly recommend!

I visited 23 South for the first time with my aunt, and we both purchased gifts. Overall, the store had some great items, but my checkout experience could have been better. The cashier seemed very rushed, while it was only me at the checkout. When she was done my bags were plopped on the counter rather than handed to me and one of them ended up falling it left me feeling like I was being rushed through the checkout process. The cashier wasn’t attentive at all. The customer service could have been better.

They always have the best gifts for all ages and occasions. I always find exactly what i need for my friends and family. Every person i have given a gift from 23 South absolutely loves it. The staff is always warm and friendly, always ready to help if needed. It’s also located in the heart of Morristown, a beautiful, walkable town with so much to do. Stop by if you’re in town you won’t regret it!

This place definitely caters to a certain type of clientele. I was in there for about 20 minutes, looking for gifts for my family and was asked to move out of the way about 15 times so associates could show other customers something that I was looking at. I realize it’s a tight store, but if I’m looking at a product, you don’t need to get in my way multiple times over the course of me shopping at the store to show another customer What I’m looking at at the moment. I felt very un prioritized compared to all the other customers at the store. And not once did any associate ask if I needed help.

my favorite store ever! they have literally everything here and the staff is so kind and helpful. i was part of the giant needoh line today and they handled it amazingly for the amount of people rushing in at once.
