This place is not customer service etiquette at all. They charged my daughter 14 dlrs for polish only of toes and nails and persistently made the color glitter only. My daughter didn't want only glitter in fact she didn't want that at all. She want 1 color only for her nails and toes. My daughter don't get fake nails. She only wants polish and to make her choose glitter is wrong. My daughter said she wasn't going to say anything because she said and I quote. " momma you always told me to respect grown ups and br respectful with not talking back. That is why I didn't say nothing plus she didn't hurt me or anything but made me feel like I don't have a choice. Momma I don't want to go back here. I told her FACTS!! We wont

I go to this salon regularly. I love how personalized it is. The staff goes out of their way to take care of you. They are all incredibly kind people and genuinely care. They aren’t constantly trying to up sell you. I can’t say enough about what a great place this is. Come more than once and you’ll discover what a gem this shop is.

Today was my first time visiting this location and my experience was great. The atmosphere is calming and environment clean. The staff and owner are customer oriented, very kind. My nails were done in a timely manner and not rushed. I really like this place.

I've had gel nails done at at least 20 other nail salons and they always peel off. Then I met Zoe at First Nail. Zoe's gel polish stays on until I take it off. And she's very particular about getting the thickness of the white just the way you want it. I wont waste my money getting gel polish anywhere else now. My mom has been going to her lady at First Nail for years. The manicure pictured is a week old.

The lady who did my nails was really nice but this is not ok. I asked for a chrome finish and everytime the chrome powder was applied, the black nail polish would rub off. Multiple air bubbles and the constant application of the powder made everything very very messy. The chrome finish is supposed to mask the black and I can still see streaks of black. Super nice to me but the actual service sucked.
